Doctor Loonacy

Sometime in the past this loony character swam to America, staying in the water a bit long... Common loons are now gone in his native Sweden due to acid rain. This loon expert has prompted a lot of betting as to which biological order he belongs, mostly because he can interpret loon behavior and loon music almost as if he were, well, "intimate" with loons. His red eyes are not from fatigue alone... (ages 10-adult; indoors or night outdoors)
